SmartAndPoint Inc., a Delaware C‑Corporation, is the sole owner of SaveToMemory and all associated intellectual property.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

Payments

Paid features are billed through Stripe. All sales are final — no refunds or prorated credits.

Limitation of Liability

SmartAndPoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
